About us:
Family entrepreneur boutique LEAD was set up in May 2017. Currently it is supporting several projects in areas such as data science, IT, medicine, logistics, project management, leisure.
We decided that Quality of Life can be an interesting and effective guide for making investment decisions. Just like environmental protection some time ago, the concept of quality of life was created in the field of global social policy. It reflects growing expectations and needs that people, especially those from the young generation, have for their everyday lives. As a result it can act as a good guide for choosing innovative and interesting projects.
The format of a boutique (small company that provides specialised services) results in a personalised process of delivering solutions and creating value that we can provide for our customers. Thanks to such a company structure we are able to fully focus on the unique needs and problems of our partners. Our main way of achieving this goal is listening, listening and even more listening. Such approach allows us to discover what is the most valuable in their business and then increase its scale. We focus on defining business decisions in an adequate way. We also recognise that is very important to not only make good decisions, but also implement them effectively. Such an attitude towards decision-making leads to a sustainable increase in value and adequate financing. We know that it is a difficult art, because we have gained our experience and skills both by achieving successes and by making mistakes and learning from them. Today, we want to combine the life lessons we learnt throughout many years with the access to high quality knowledge and cutting-edge ideas to invest in new projects.
