Thomas and Karl the founders of Leak Tight both attended Polytechnic West Tafe during their apprenticeships and maintained contact with each other upon their completion. In 2016 during a phone call to each other discussing a very similar situation they found themselves in that day. They identified that builders in Perth were struggling to find a roof plumbing tradesman that possess a high level of customer service that was also capable of providing quality roof maintenance work.
