Leameng Solution Technologies is an MSME-registered startup specializing in transport product design and engineering services. We also offer data science solutions for vehicle performance enhancement and lead industry-academia initiatives aimed at upskilling future-ready engineers. These initiatives include domain-specific training programs, internships, and final-year project assistance designed to facilitate direct placements with OEMs, Tier-1 suppliers, and design service organizations across India. Our core expertise spans vehicle body structure engineering with a focus on crashworthiness, pedestrian and occupant safety, as well as the design and development of vehicle interior and exterior systems. We also provide advanced modules on lightweighting, circular economy, and sustainability in transport design. Our internship and project assistance programs are tailored to align with current industry requirements, ensuring graduates are well-prepared for technical roles in the automotive sector. Leameng was founded by Satish Ullatil, a subject matter expert in automotive body design and engineering, with over two decades of experience working with leading Indian OEMs such as Tata Motors, Mahindra & Mahindra, and GM India. A postgraduate and current doctoral researcher in automotive and materials engineering, Satish established this platform to empower mechanical engineering graduates, FEA analysts, and young professionals. His vision is to bridge the gap between academic learning and industry demands by nurturing core technical skills and domain-specific product knowledge through real-world project experience.
