Lean Consulting LLC was founded by graduates from the University of California, Berkeley. Our goal is to teach and implement the current best practices in Lean project management so that you can improve your project performance, profitability and develop a long-term competitive advantage. Through our services we can increase your company’s competitive advantage, which is your ability to learn and improve. Lean provides a structured framework for continuous improvement and a set of tools to manage complex projects. Lean has been well tested for over 50 years by Toyota and has been successfully applied in: construction, manufacturing, healthcare, IT, start-ups, etc. Lean is a journey not a destination. The philosophy of Lean is continuous improvement in the pursuit of the ideal -- to maximize value for customer with no waste. We help organizations start the Lean journey by providing the theoretical foundations to understand the Lean ideal, principles, tools and methods.
