Lean Institute Canada is specializing in improving overall operational performance through effective implementation of Lean. The mission of the Lean Institute Canada is the advancement of Lean Thinking and Lean Practice across Canadian organizations through Knowledge Share, Collaboration, Publications, Training, Lean Consulting and Research. Lean Institute Canada is member of Lean Global Network, a community of lean thought leaders and practitioners with the goal of making things better by advancing lean thinking and practice throughout the world. L'Institut Lean Canada se spécialise en amélioration de la performance opérationnelle par l’implantation efficace de l’approche Lean. La mission de l'Institut Lean Canada est l'avancement de l'approche et la pratique Lean au sein des organisations canadiennes via le partage de connaissances, la collaboration, des publications, le coaching, les formations, le services-conseils et la recherche. L'Institut Lean Canada est membre du Lean Global Network, une communauté internationale de praticiens et leaders de l'approche Lean réunissant plus d'une trentaine de pays, partageant l'objectif d'améliorer les organisations par l'avancement de la pratique Lean.
