LPSinc is an operations management consultancy. Our emphasis is to help our clients solve business problems like productivity, cost, safety morale, quality etc. We are dedicated to discovering ways we can help clients with strategies that will enable them to reach their own "True North." LPSinc uses the principles of TPS - the Toyota Production System, to help our clients understand how to become more effective in operations. Many consultants use lean tools to help clients; LPSinc uses lean tools but we also use the TPS system because it helps to engender a problem solving culture, like Toyota. TPS is a business strategy that strives to provide exactly what your customers want, when they want it, with as little waste as possible. TPS is a problem solving system and It is well known for focusing on the skills, ideas and opportunities of their people, while analyzing processes and utilizing an effective management system. Lean is often known as “lean manufacturing” because it has been widely applied to manufacturing operations; however, lean principles are also being applied to a wide range of non-manufacturing areas like healthcare and financial institutions. Kaizen, continuous improvement, just-in-time, and many other terms come from the TPS system, but our goal is to help our clients solve problems that effect their business success. Developing a Lean/TPS culture will enable our clients to be a leader, and improve critical metrics in the process.
