Lean@VirginiaTech

LEAN@VirginiaTech is a student-driven, faculty-supported initiative to help organizations become more efficient and more competitive through lean implementation. LEAN@VirginiaTech includes LEANTeam@VirginiaTech and LEANClub@VirginiaTech. The LEANTeam@VirginiaTech is the group of students and faculty that is actively involved in the lean activities. It gives students the opportunity to work in a dynamic team of lean-thinkers and experience real world examples through industry excursions, research projects and training workshops. The LEANClub@VirginiaTech is the platform for lean practitioners to cultivate knowledge and experience regarding lean transformations. As a member, companies have the opportunity to build a lean network with other companies, faculty and students to support their lean transformation activities.
