Fundacja LEAN EDUCATION

We are a team of experienced Lean Thinking enthusiasts who want to share knowledge, experience and skills with young people and their teachers. Our key program is Young Lean Leader - become a desired member of the European company team. An all-year program adressed to pupils and students is concentrated on developing transferable skills that are fundament of Lean Thinking. We also lead trainings for teachers to prepare them for the role of LeanMentor in the organizations in which they work. Our activities are 100% volunteering, because what we do comes from passion and the huge need to share what's in us! The driving force and the leader of our activities is Joanna Czerska, the content director of LeanQ Team sp. o.o. We are supported by members of the Lean Management Poland Association, Inkubator Starter , University of Gdańsk and Wrocław University of Economics, as well as companies such as Flex, UDS, Belma AS, Zante Magic Tours, Sits, Wiha Werzeuge, Lubiana, Nexteer and many more.
