There is power in women coming together. We help women come together to learn from each other and achieve their goals, because women can be a powerful force for change in the world. Lean In Network Bonn is a part of The Sheryl Sandberg & Dave Goldberg Family Foundation which works to build a more equal and resilient world. We bring people together to support each other through two initiatives: >LeanIn.Org empowers women to achieve their ambitions. We run programs that counter gender stereotypes and advance opportunities for all women. >OptionB.Org helps people build resilience and find meaning in the face of adversity. Research shows that we feel more confident and are able to accomplish more in groups. Lean In Bonn is a small peer group that meet regularly to learn and grow together. The network is composed of more than 37,000 Circles in cities and on campuses around the world, and the Circles are changing lives. Members are asking for more, stepping outside their comfort zones, and leaning in. 85% of members credit their circle with a positive change in their life.
