Lean Maestro is an engineering consultancy firm that offers various engineering services such as product design and development, process engineering services, automation, clean energy, and R&D labs. They aim to provide cutting-edge services to clients in various industries such as Manufacturing, Automobile, Construction, Food & Beverage, and Renewable Energy. Lean Maestro has formed a joint venture with Campbell Corporation USA to provide clients with a global platform. Their services include product design and development, process analysis services, business consulting, staff augmentation services, product development, offshore development center, and outsourcing. They have expertise in clean energy, Industry 4.0, and sustainability. Lean Maestro started as a Lean Researcher in 2013 and became knowledgeable and skilled in the field. In 2014, they conducted an "Education for Perfection" workshop to introduce students to the concept of Lean and plant a seed of Lean perspective within them. In 2016, they trained 300+ budding engineers through the "ATASI" program. In 2017, they received recognition from the Department of Science & Technology of India and the Quality Council of India for their prototype study "Saksham." They also formed a joint venture with Campbell Corp. USA to provide Lean implementation services. In 2018, Lean Maestro entered the Indian market and delivered Lean Plant Layout for a white label manufacturer and provided consultancy services to multiple MNCs. They also expanded globally and started offering engineering design consultancy and product design & development services. In 2019, they opened a manufacturing unit for Special Purpose Machines and in 2020 they expanded into Renewable Energy and signed channel sales partnership with India's only proven solar tracker and received distribution of a rooftop solar product in the Pune region. Additionally, they provided DPR for MSW to Energy and Solar city projects in Maharashtra for different govt.
