For a decade, the Mater Lean Academy has been teaching educating and working alongside healthcare staff in the use and application of process improvement methodologies within their organisations and practice settings.
Our award-winning programmes are taught by experienced and qualified healthcare staff to healthcare staff using a Person-centred model of Improvement, developed by our researchers and in use in 6 countries, which focuses on both experiences and outcomes of patient care for all those involved in care processes. Our experienced healthcare change facilitators work in practice areas with frontline healthcare and support staff to deliver real and meaningful sustainable improvements.
