LeapAP creates a rapid and fully paperless process that automates receiving, coding, approving, and paying invoices. LeapAP enables management providers to significantly reduce the cost and time of accounts payable, a process that for most management providers is extremely time consuming, costly, error-prone, and labour intensive. It also eliminates data entry into accounting systems through automated invoice data extraction and allows for electronic payments. Our goal at LeapAP is to free up the time spent performing menial accounts payable tasks, so that condo management companies have more opportunities to cater to their #1 priority: their clients.
