LEAP Social Services is a support service for children/young people (aged 0-18) and their families, carers and guardians. We are a mobile support service, whom provides flexible, tailored support for young people across the Sydney Metropolitan area, on call 24 hours, 7 days a week.
Between staff, LEAP has over 30 combined years of experience within the social and community services industry.
LEAP aims to empower young people in crisis to become pro-social members of society, enabling independence, ambition, and positive relationships.
LEAP prides themselves on employing culturally and linguistically diverse staff, who are passionate about the social and community services industry and want to enrich the lives of those in need.
