This international learning community is for all the learning & development professional innovators including classroom teachers, professors, trainers, learning (game) designers, learning developers, instructional designers, learning environment engineers, learning landscape architects, L & D managers, hr corporate training professionals.
We hope for a greater alignment between different stakeholders on defining & assessing the skills of the future, preparing the teaching workforce to lead this transition, enhancing connectivity across schools and school systems.
Despite our different institutions, backgrounds, cultures, angles we like to put our heads together in (adult) learning, share best practices, collaborate and prepare our students with the needed skills to navigate the future of work & societies.
Perhaps we cannot break down all the silos but we can see this community as a humble attempt to take away barriers by connecting those silos.
At the same time many of us are currently going through difficult timings due to COVID-19 #lockdown having to switch to remote culture, working from home so why don't we join forces to support each other going through this transition and making learning innovation happen!
