L4D was started by Belinda Lucas and Jo Thomson in 2013. Belinda and Jo had worked for many years as individual consultants but felt there was a better way to harness and share their collective expertise and that of their peers. L4D aims to be more than the sum of its individual practitioners.
L4D is a community of experienced and qualified development practitioners who share a passion for promoting learning opportunities for individuals and organisations working in international development.
