Our Mission
We have a mission to help young adults with special education needs (SEN) to connect with the community and prepare them for the real-life working environment with confidence.
Our Target Group
Young adults with SEN in particular Specific Learning Difficulties (SpLDs) such as dyslexia, ADD, ADHD and Autism Spectrum are often socially challenged and confined to a future of low-level jobs. The ones with moderate to severe learning difficulties could struggle with advancing their education into post-secondary under the current education system. This further hinders their chance to develop into contributive members of society.
What We Do
Learning Bridge believes that all young adults with SEN deserve more exciting opportunities than their perceived status quo. We aim to increase corporates awareness and willingness to provide job opportunities to differently-abled individuals. We target to match individuals with SEN to jobs that fit their potential in order to achieve a mutually beneficial status for both the employers and employees. We provide corporates and staff with training, onsite job coaching, progress tracking and evaluation support to ensure a smooth operation and work relationships can be built.
