Learniverse Media

Formed in 2012, Learniverse is a New Hampshire educational media company developing a Next Generation Science Standards and International Technology and Engineering Education Association (ISTE) NETS-S aligned, free curriculum and other teacher resources for early childhood (grades Preschool, 1 and 2, denoted by P-2) education for New Hampshire public, private, charter and other schools that service students in grades P-2. Learniverse has worked extensively with elementary school teachers, university educators, curriculum professionals, and state policy-makers to build its unique and effective approach to STEM education. The company is the creator of the animated alien characters - The Quinks - stars of video episodes produced in partnership with New Hampshire PBS for their STEM from the START (SFTS) educational initiative. The SFTS program successfully developed and tested introductory STEM video lessons in Maine and New Hampshire K-2 classrooms and informal STEM learning environments. Learniverse Media and its PBS nonprofit partner are in the process of distributing and expanding their K-2 educational initiative across the state of NH, and nationally.
