Learnovate Academy

I am a parent of two young kids and education is not just my passion, it is my dream to establish an institution that can make a significant impact to the education system in HK. Stress has always been a huge issue amongst young kids in HK. Through our startup project, our company has designed a unique mindfulness training program together with popular subjects including STEM, Language immersion, soft skills to improve the learning capabilities of young kids in HK. At Learnovate Academy (LA), we do not wait for changes, we are part of it. We hope that young kids can have their choices to choose what they enjoy to learn and excel in their own talents. Within the 12 months of establishment, our startup has reached significant milestones to gain entry into Cyberport, getting into the finalist for GBA STEM competition, gaining investment from angel investors and building our core teacher team from 1 to 30 teachers. We are focus to delivering the best in class and updated curriculum design to our students and therefore our teacher training program is continuous. Our kids enjoy every single class as we have a rigid system to training our own teachers internally. We believe in teaching conduct and continuity for our teaching talent so as to maintain a quality level of learning for our students. Our partners believe in us as we invest a lot of teaching resources to ensure the teaching material is delivered in the best possibly fun and interesting way. We do not believe in homework drilling, tuition nor exam drills. These type of learning is hurting the learning curiosity of our students. Students of LA love to explore, to investigate, to solve problems, to respect others, to work together as a team, to be creative, to persist, to communicate, to have self esteem, to empathize, to show love, to care about the world,. These skills can only be learnt through people interaction. Technology is always an ancillary to learning. We are here to provide role models to our learners.
