Leasehold Knowledge Partnership

Leasehold Knowledge Partnership seeks to reform residential leasehold tenure, improve practices and provide a fair editorial service on the sector. It is happy to accredit managing agents of proven merit in serving the interests of leaseholder-controlled blocks. It also will accept advertising from professionals seeking business from leaseholders. It is a registered charity (number: 1162584) and the secretariat of the All Party Parliamentary Group on leasehold and commonhold reform chaired by the MPs Sir Peter Bottomley (Conservative), Justin Madders (Labour) and Daisy Cooper (LibDem). The deputy chairs are Marie Rimmer (Lab), Baroness Gardner (Con) and, with special responsibility for the cladding and building safety crisis, Sir Bob Neill (Con) and Stephen McPartland (Con).
