We are now Frank & Delaney Immigration Law, LLC. The previous firm of Leavy, Frank & Delaney, LLC (formerly Leavy & Frank, LLC) was founded in 2000 as a result of a partnership between Edward N Leavy and Adam Frank. Brendan Delaney joined the firm later that year, and became a partner in January 2009. Since 2000 the firm has concentrated in the representation of foreign born nationals with their temporary and permanent visa applications on a company, individual, and institutional basis. We work extensively with scientists, researchers, physicians, professionals at international organizations, and those involved in international relations, and other socio-economic fields. We have successfully represented many institutions, companies and organizations with their immigration related concerns on behalf of their employees. From a family standpoint, we recognize the historical importance of family based immigration to the United States and can advise you of the most effective methods to assist family members with their US Visa issues.
