Leboo Healthcare Products Limited is a leading manufacturer of medical disposables, that are widely used in hospitals, labs, food industry etc, such as Disposable surgical packs, surgical gowns, disposable protective apparels( Isolation gowns, disposable face masks, Gloves, shoecovers etc.) , dental and hygiene products etc.
2001: Leboo was founded as an exporter of disposable products.
2004: Leboo built our own factory and started manufacturing PE products ( PE shoecover, sleevecover, glove, apron etc.)
2006: Leboo's nonwoven factory went into operation.
2010: Leboo's one 3800 ㎡ new clean room went into production.
2016: Leboo's clean room expansion to be 5800㎡.
Total factory area 15 800 ㎡ , There are nearly 400 skillful workers, 9 QC and technical staff.
Factory equipment:
210 three-stitch sewing machines, 86 flat sewing machines, 30 sets of five-stitch sewing machines, 45 sets ultrasonic seam machines and 10 facemask machines etc.
Monthly production capacity is more than 100 containers.
International Certificates:
FDA, ISO and CE certificates. For raw material, we have EN 13795 and food contact certificates.
