Life Empowered Consulting Services is a consulting firm whose mission is to reach, empower, and motivate others to access and utilize their natural, inherent talents and skills, building better families, companies, and communities worldwide. LECS does this using various industry-standard tools such as emotional intelligence, disc assessments, and custom programming to generate extraordinary success. Through this, LECS can support organizations as they 1) accept and appreciate the diversity of thoughts and ideas of their colleagues, 2) learn and apply best practices for the development and growth of organizations, and 3) intentionally lift and support colleagues and customers to be their best.
