Lee Air Conditioning Services Ltd has established a strong reputation as a leading building services contractor covering London and the South East since the company was started in January 1980. We design, install, service and maintain, air conditioning, variable refrigerant flow systems, heating, ventilation and hot and cold water services. Our preventative maintenance is designed to keep systems running with minimal disruption but should the need arise we provide a call out service to our contracted customers. We provide to some of our customers a total facilities management package using trusted sub contractors. We offer project management services which include programming, operation & maintenance controls, record drawings, health and safety planning, F10 notifications and building control notifications on completion. The design services use the latest computer packages including AutoCAD. We have gained extensive experience in server rooms, offices, public houses, retail premises, restaurants and hotels. Our commitment to exacting standards of our industry includes membership B&ES, Safe Contractor, Gas Safe, Bureau Veritas. We have developed strong relationships with major manufacturers which include, Mitsubishi HI, Mitsubishi Electric, Daikin, Hitachi, Fujitsu and Toshiba.
