Following our success as a FIFA-licensed soccer agency in Australia, we moved our practice to the U.S. to expand into post-playing transition and recruitment. We help athletes across all sports succeed beyond college and professional athletics - mentoring and matching them with jobs in industry where their discipline, leadership and high performance is celebrated and leads to purposeful work, and strengthens talent pools at organizations. We work closely with employers and form partnerships that enhance their hiring with outstanding, driven talent. Alongside career transition, we represent college athletes by negotiating NIL and endorsement deals, and playing contracts for professional soccer players.
