Voor medewerkers van Fontys kost het gehele traject slechts eenmalig 100,- waarbij we ernaar streven om gezamenlijk blijvende verbeteringen aan te brengen in jouw leefstijl zodat je er ook na dit traject nog de vruchten van plukt.
Wij bieden aan:
- 10 trainingssessies van één uur
- Begeleiding van een derde/vierdejaars sportkunde of fysio student
- Coaching op het gebied van andere leefstijlfactoren als voeding, ontspanning/stress en slaap
- Bij het plannen van trainingen wordt rekening gehouden met jouw rooster. Je kan overdag in een tussenuur komen trainen of aan het begin of eind van de dag. Eventueel is vroeg op de avond ook nog een mogelijkheid.
Jij staat aan het roer! We zijn flexibel en er zijn heel veel mogelijkheden om het traject op jouw manier vorm te geven.
