Lefa Growth Capital (LGC) is a investment vehicle dedicated to rejuvenating South Africa's entrepreneurial landscape by acquiring and scaling B2B companies in sectors such as manufacturing, logistics, and business services. LGC targets businesses with revenues between R50M and R100M ($2.5M to $5M) and EBITDA of R5M to R40M ($250K to $2M), focusing on companies with strong cash flows, low churn, and robust margins. We aim to identify family-owned enterprises that are ready for a leadership transition and poised for growth through professionalization and digital transformation. His background includes advising major Wall Street banks on AI integration and go-forward strategies, as well as helping launch Discovery Bank, South Africa’s first digital-only bank, where he played a key role in optimizing operations and market positioning.
