We take pride in our top-of-the-line fabrication and welding machinery, which includes a fully automatic pipe spool capable of handling up to a 1200-inch diameter. With a comprehensive range of capabilities, we excel in metal forming, welding, heat treatment, precision machining (including CNC machines), and have a dedicated painting and blasting facility. Our fabrication bays are specifically designed to cater to various materials, including stainless steel and other exotic alloys. With over 150 welding machines and advanced robotic welding technology, we possess the expertise and capacity to tackle even the most intricate and challenging welding projects. In addition to our impressive arsenal, we have a specialized aluminium high-end horizontal casting facility equipped with two tilting 50-ton furnaces. Strategically located near the Sohar International port in Oman, this facility produces approximately 40,000 tons per annum of primary foundry alloys, including slab, billet, ingots, and busbars, specifically tailored to meet the demands of the aluminium industry. Moreover, we have the capability to meet custom requirements and needs through our own alloy development and mould designing and manufacturing processes.
