Left Coast Libations

LCL champions the creative work of bartenders and promotes the pleasures of craft cocktails through the publication of literature, the production of events, and the development of web resources and community. Left Coast Libations, the book, profiles 51 of the West Coast's finest bartenders and 102 original cocktails of their own creation. It also features stunning color photography by Jenn Farrington of 51 of these cocktails. Left Coast Libations intends to publish many more books in the future, as well as develop an online community in which the careers, drinks, and epiphanies of our bartenders are continuously updated and shared.
