Staff is trained on how to build relationships with boundaries. We are licensed under the MN Department of Human Services under a 245D licensing. Legacies provides Independent Living Skills, In Home Family Supports, Respite, and Group Home services in Winona, Wabasha, Fillmore, Houston, Dakota and Ramsey Counties for people with mental health diagnoses and developmental disabilities. We also provide full transportation services for both children and adults.
