• Legacy Acquisition Corp (“LGC”) is a $300 million Special Purpose Acquisition Company (SPAC) listed on the NYSE • The Founders include executives from leading consumer companies and partners from prominent private equity firms • Collectively, the founder’s experience includes i) five public company CEOs / CFOs, ii) fifteen public company board Directors and, iii) the completion of ~$3 billion in private investments • Seeking a business combination with a consumer facing business that has an enterprise values of $800M - $1.2 B (will consider larger) • We are seeking to partner with a leadership team managing a good business, which together we can make a great business • LGC can support management with the development of its Value Creation Strategy or identifying talent, if appropriate
