A legacy is something that is handed down from one person to another. It is not limited
to physical or non-physical but the actual transfer from past to present and future. In the coaching sense it is meant in a couple of ways; the transfer of knowledge on how to best take care of yourself, along with the mental, physical and emotional effects that is associated with putting that knowledge in to practice.
I truly believe the greatest currency there is, is the effect you have on others and that is what really should be passed on.
The other key to the name is that it doesn’t stop with you. My goal is to teach you well enough that you would be able to pass it on too.
