Head Coach | FounderLegacy Coaching runs online coaching aimed towards teaching members how to take care of their long term health and fitness. Catering for all levels, it includes an Adult program, which helps manage acute and chronic issues related to poor training habits or a lack of training, an Athletic Development program which caters for those in the athletic arena of all levels, teaching them to manage their workloads to increase the chance of longevity in their given sport, and an Adolescent Program, which is aimed at helping young people introduce healthy habits in a fun and sustainable way.

He joined the Roar Fitness team as a Senior Fitness Consultant, building upon and acquiring skills like business networking, sales and marketing, budget structuring, managing a team, & community engagement.

He managed a Gym with 2000+ members with multiple duties including: Sales and marketing, managing a team, Team development and development, administrative work, networking with local businesses, club maintenance, building a strong club culture, communicating with other managers in the network and strong month by month structuring.

Coach/Trainer implementing Semi-Private training systems developed by Mike Boyle Strength and Conditioning. On top of training people there were also sales targets, networking targets and administrative duties.

During his time with Genesis he served several different roles within the organisation. From front of house, to member services and gym floor staff. Assisting with the initial set up of the club when it launched, there were many responsibilities and experience gained from this. Some duties including handling with POS, ordering, stock-takes, member complaints and servicing, Sales, member retention, new member consultations, rapport building, & training new staff.
