Ambershaw Metallics' Bending Lake mine, is Legacy Hill's flagship project. Bending Lake is located in Ontario, Canada and has over 336 million tonnes of 30% Fe NI 43-101 compliant resource, excellent infrastructure and is in reach of the US industrial heartland. Advanced exploration is expected to take place in early 2019, with full-scale operations commencing in 2021. Mining Equity Trust (“MET”) is Virginia-based metallurgical coal miner seeking to build a portfolio of producing metallurgical coal assets to serve the North American Market. MET operates the Omega metallurgical coal operation located in Southwest Virginia, in the United States. Begun in 2011, Omega Holdings, LLC produces a high-quality metallurgical-grade product in demand from multiple off-take partners and which is a primary ingredient in steel making of which there is currently no substitute. New assets we are in the process of acquiring are similarly strategically positioned, with high-quality geology, low political risk, and a good route to market.
