Legacy Paper, Port Huron, Michigan Legacy Paper is a specialty paper manufacturer focused on sustainable, lightweight paper solutions for packaging and industrial use. A subsidiary of BMI Group, Legacy Paper is bringing 30,000 tons of annual production capacity back online with the restart of Paper Machine #8 (PM8) at their historic Port Huron Mill. PM8 produces ultra-lightweight, specialty grades for applications such as quick-serve restaurant packaging, candy wrappers, tissue overwraps, and medical table covers.
