We are local. Everyone loves to eat locally grown. As the crow flies, our cows are bred and raised within 100 miles of the Phoenix area. We are family-owned and family-operated. No large corporations are involved.
We grow our feed as we finish the Wagyu, Angus, Berkshire, and Lambs. We know what goes into them and we can control the quality that is therefore created. The people you meet are the same people raising, calving, transporting, and caring for the cattle from before birth until the butchering process.
We can work on unique or special requests as we are small enough and flexible to give you the best product possible.
