Phoenix Microgreens is a woman owned and operated; indoor, vertical, veganic, hydroponic farm. We specialise in producing microgreens, little nutrient dense specialty vegetable and herb greens, for local private chefs, high end restaurants, 5 star resorts, and private country clubs in the Phoenix/Scottsdale Valley. Our microgreens our often seen used as a garnish in fine dining restaurants. But these little greens are more than just garnish on a plate, they are a superfood. Making them very popular amongst the healthy eaters and the plant based whole foods community. We value sustainability and believe in responsible farming. That is why we structured our business model around the "no waste in production" method. We only grow what we know will be consumed, this is why our microgreens are our grown to each order. We grow our microgreens in reusable FDA certified food safe plastic and on organic, natural, renewable, biodegradable, environmentally friendly grow medium. Our method is better than Organic. We are a soil free, fertilizer free, pesticide free, and animal by-product free farm. We source Non-Treated, Non-GMO, USDA Approved and use only Organic seeds when available. To preserve flavor and maintain the highest nutritional value, our microgreens are sold as living edible plants that you harvest when you are ready to use.
