At Legal Diversity, we want to promote diversity (the name says it all). We want everyone to be valued and have their applications judged on merit, not their background. We want to tell you a story that you can relate to. Diversity is extremely important in the legal industry and we must implement changes that include talent regardless of background. This means that a person's gender, race, religion, ethnicity, disability, sexual orientation and age should not be taken into account when selecting candidates. We aim to empower students with a diverse background.
