Legality Starl is a consulting company between lawyers and other professionals, based in Milan, which thanks to its multidisciplinary team adds to the forensic skills professional skills of a financial, tax and management consulting nature. We have a holistic approach aimed to "increasing the value of the companies of our customers" and establishing a continuous and lasting relationship with them, in long-term business strategy. We address SMEs and Start-Ups, but also listed companies and professional firms in their phases of transformation, search for equity partners, crisis, and external growth. Thanks to a multidisciplinary team we are able to take on complex tasks; we take care of the legal aspects of extraordinary corporate transactions, contractual aspects, preventive arrangements, bankruptcy and debt restructuring procedures as well as planning and asset protection. We assist the company throughout its transformation process, intervening in governance systems and supporting management and ownership in the drafting of industrial and financial plans. Legality maintains ongoing relationships with SGR, SIM, Family Office and Private Equity Funds.
