Access to justice is a pressing issue throughout Canada. For most people, going through the courts is out of the question due to the time and financial costs. While free legal aid exists, it is not nearly enough to support everyone who needs it. Those who fall through the cracks can left stranded, resulting in injustices contrary to a free and democratic society. Approximately 80% of Canadians do not have access to a lawyer. At Legally Inc. we believe that you shouldn’t have to pay a premium to receive fair treatment under the law. And we believe that through technology, anyone can be empowered to face the law on their own terms. Together with the community, we aim to build a better, more just society for all.
