Elder Care Asset Protection Planning (a/k/a Medicaid Planning) is the implementation of planning strategies designed to achieve eligibility for certain need–based government programs including certain Medicaid and Veteran’s Benefits as appropriate. We help our clients legally and ethically obtain government benefits instead of having to spend down their assets to impoverishment.
