Legal Success Consulting is a client-side, vendor-agnostic consultancy focussed on driving strategic reviews and projects (potentially including application change) through delivery to realisation of benefits using a business-lead approach. Laurence Milsted, Global CFO of Freshfields for 20 years, joined the consultancy in spring 2020. This gives us the full vertical, being able to understand and deliver on the business and technology across the whole vertical (from law firm direction & strategy, through business policies & processes, to workflow, the technical application and data. We have strong experience in change management within the legal industry. Having been challenged for years on changing behaviour to maximise benefits we recently used a holistic approach that produced real change and achieved the desired outcome.
