Our love affair with bread begins in Denmark. The founder and visionary head baker, Uri Sheft, studied at "Ringsted Tekniske Skole" baking school, in Copenhagen, Denmark.
"Lehamim bakery" was established in 2002 with Scheft's vision to make sure the bakery is easily accessible and the wonderful smell of fresh baking bread filled the street. That vision is still with us today and can be felt in all 6 stores in Israel.
We also sell our products at an online shop and through our catering services ("Cibudim").
