LèHR JMC is a student-led organisation to generate, enhance discussions and networking events with leading HRs in the corporate world. It aims to provide an opportunity for students to broaden their knowledge of human resources management and to interact with other students who have a shared interest.
LèHR aims to:
1. Expand the student's knowledge about the latest innovations in HR like gamification, pymetrics, virtual reality, application tracking system, and people analytics.
2. Help students acquire relevant skills and certifications like HRIS, HRBP, etc.
3. Introduce students to the possibility of future study or employment in HRM.
4. Offer students the opportunity to serve their community.
5. Update the students about how the future of workplaces looks like, leading to a smoother transformation of work in future.
6. Reinforce the relevance of HRM to students' everyday lives.
The skill of managing people is essential not only for HR aspirants but also for any other working professionals; hence, this society focuses to upskill all the students in our college.
