Das Institut für Prozess- und Anwaltsrecht (IPA) bündelt seit seiner Gründung am 01.10.2005 die Forschungs- und Lehraktivitäten der Fakultät auf dem Gebiet des Prozess- und Anwaltsrechts sowie der anwaltsorientierten Juristenausbildung. Zusammengeführt werden die unterschiedlichen Aktivitäten am Lehrstuhl für Bürgerliches Recht, Deutsches, Europäisches und Internationales Zivilprozessrecht unter der Leitung von Professor Dr. Christian Wolf.
