Leith Gordon Ltd was established by Susan Gordon, FCIPD, MSc, MA (Hons), who brings over 27 years of hands-on HR experience in major oil & gas companies (BP, Exxon Mobil, Mobil North Sea Ltd) in the UK, Azerbaijan, Georgia and Turkey. This was interspersed with 5 years' in academia as Academic Division Head and Senior Lecturer (The Robert Gordon University, Aberdeen).
An active member of the Chartered Institue of Personnel & Development (CIPD) in the North of Scotland & Islands branch for whom she previously held roles as the Branch Chairperson and a Director and Charity Trustee of the national CIPD.
Successfully completed mediation training and assessment accredited by Scottish Mediation Network.
