Lela Machaidze

Lela Machaidze is specializing in program and project management, monitoring/control system development and validation, strategic and action plan development. Also, she is specialized in capacity, capability and training needs assessment development, project management manual and systems development and implementation for public and private sectors. Lela is co-founder and President of Project Management Institute in Tbilisi, Georgia As certified Project Management Professional (PMP) and Master in Business Administration (MBA) she participated in several projects and managed business operations throughout the implementation of the program. She has conducted several trainings in Georgian and English for public/private sector and for SME mid and executive level representatives under frame of different training centers as well as independent consultant/trainer.
