Lemma was founded in 2017 by Daniel Baum. Our first home was a warehouse space in Denton. Through working in farmer’s markets, Lemma began to build customers and brand recognition.
In 2019 Lemma opened a cafe in downtown Carrollton. We’re proud to now be a staple in the downtown community. Today Lemma operates three cafes in Carrollton, Frisco, and Plano.
