Lemonade Kids was created by my motivation to make a difference and give back to the local community.
The purpose of Lemonade Kids is to ignite children's potential!
In applying principles of positive psychology I offers holistic services in a positive and safe environment to give children the resources for them to grow their confidence, feel empowered, build resilience and to be inspired to be the best version of themselves.
Standing Strong is a holistic wellness program for girls aged 5-15 years, incorporating three core components of Strong Body, Strong Mind and Strong Heart.
For the last two decades I have loved practising yoga and reaping the benefits both physically and mentally. To teach and pass these benefits onto children in my classes in a fun and engaging way is a delight and an honour.
