LEMON Photonics was founded in 2018 and focus on the industrialization of high performance VCSEL, HCSEL, EEL laser chips, modules and solutions. The core team has about 20 years full stack product experience of advanced laser chip research and development, package test and module design. The global mature supply chain is ensure 6-inch wafer monthly production capacity of more than 2000pcs. In 2021, the quantity of VCSEL chips has reached over 1kk, and the spot and line laser modules have also been mass produced. LEMON Photonics have been certified by ISO9001, National High-tech Enterprises, "Top 10 Photonics Solutions Providers in APAC" by Semiconductor Review act. LEMON Photonics mass-produced VCSEL chips include 808nm，850nm，940nm and multi-junction and multi-partition VCSEL. The optical power: 10mW~10W, pulse optical power: hundreds of watts, PCE up tp 56%. HCSEL (horizontal cavity surface emission laser) chips are the exclusive products of LEMON Photonics, which has narrow spectral width, higher reliability and low thermal resistance. 920/976nm EEL (edge emitting laser) chips optical power up to 50W (optional). Dot, line, flash laser module with excellent optical design to meet the needs of customers. Products are widely used in vehicle LiDAR, industrial processing, face recognition, laser medical beauty and other fields. Its industrial laser engine defines direct diode laser (DDL) system for intelligent heating and surface treatment applications.
