Lemur Imaging

Lemur Imaging was founded by two chip industry veterans with a successful track record of developing and licensing semiconductor imaging IP to Tier 1 and 2 customers around the world. With Line Memory Reduction we have developed a novel perceptually lossless imaging compression technology that saves significant on chip real estate whilst also saving power. Line memory can be reduced by up to 60% with no impact on IQ or CV detection performance. It is targeted for all applications that require line/tile memory :-Camera pipelines (ISP), Displays, Computer Vision and Video encoders. The IP can work with bayer, RGB and YUV data. Is extremely compact - with almost zero latency. All imaging and display applications can benefit from using LMR - and it is primarily targeted for SoC integration.
